Malibou Lake Mountain Club Wedding

I grew up in this area, but somehow had never come across this venue! Malibou Lake Mountain Club is such a cool spot! Not only do you have the serene lake right across the street, creating an awesome background for the ceremony, but you’re also surrounded by beautiful hills. Plus (bonus) you’re not too far from Malibu beach, so your guests can enjoy some beach-time when they come for your wedding weekend. The ballroom is also really beautiful, with a modern grey and white color scheme. You really don’t have to do much to the space, as it shines on it’s own. I was so thrilled to have the opportunity to be the Wedding Coordinator for Lauren and Ruz, and it was such a pleasure getting to know them in the process. I love how they fused together their different cultures throughout their day. Most vividly, by incorporating the Sofreh, and some Persian elements in their ceremony. Such a beautiful day!
