WEDDING MANAGEMENT (aka Day of Coordination)
Perfect for those who’ve created the vision, pulled together all the pieces, and want to be able to relax and enjoy their day, without worrying about the final logistics.
Service begins 6 weeks prior to your wedding day and includes 2 meetings, creation of a wedding day timeline, communication and confirmations with all vendors, rehearsal coordination, and up to 10 hours of service on the wedding day with the help of one assistant. FULL-SERVICE PLANNING
This package is for the couple who would like a planner to take care of all wedding day details. Services include consultation from the time you sign the contract, assistance with basic design concept and color scheme, up to 6 in-person meetings with your coordinator, organization of contracts and budget, scheduling vendor interviews and meetings, communication and confirmations with all vendors, collection of necessary insurance certificates, rehearsal coordination, and full day of service on the wedding day with the help of two assistants.
